EXCERCISE: Almost every other day or so you should get some excercise for your health and body.

It is good for you to burn off the amount of calories you have eaten.

Dancing, Swimming, and Running are simple excercises that you could do almost everyday.

HEALTH: You need to eat right because it is healthy, and contains potiens, carbohydrates, minerals, and vitamins.

It is also sometimes refreshing to eat something good, and know it is healthy.

Eat sweets, fats, and oils every once and a while. But not 3-4 times a day.
